Three-Legged Running, 100 Metres - Current world record
1. In three-legged races, two runners are tied together: The left leg of one runner is tied to the right leg of the other runner. The record for 100 metres remained unbroken since more than 100 years: Harry L. Hillman and Lawson Robertson (USA) completed the distance in 12.6 seconds on 17 November 1906 in New York at the Games of the 13th Regiment Coast Artillery Athletics Association.
(Note: Actually, they ran 110 yards = 100.58 metres).
