Harry L. Hillman and Lawson Robertson (USA) completed the distance in 12.6 seconds on 17 November 1906 in New York
at the Games of the 13th Regiment Coast Artillery Athletics Association.
(Note: Actually, they ran 110 yards = 100.58 metres).
